NoHo Residence

Situated in a historic 1920s NoHo building, this 2,000-square-foot apartment renovation transforms a dated interior into a layered, character-driven family home, bringing a hospitality-rooted aesthetic into a domestic setting. Preserving the loft-like openness and spatial flow of the original layout, the design balances decorative richness with restraint, drawing on sculptural forms inspired by designers like Alvar Aalto and grounding the space in a tactile palette of stone, bouclé, copper, wood, tile, and travertine. A highly curated mix of custom pieces, vintage finds, and contemporary works defines the interior, featuring an Egg Collective sofa, Sabine Marcelis Candy Cube, and Atelier de Troupe chair. The result is a deeply personalized home that reflects the clients' lifestyle.
